If the shipment is still missing, contact us via live chat or email, providing your full address and order number. Missing shipments must be reported within 28 days of dispatch.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging. If the item arrived faulty or damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve it.

Yes, the return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Returned items must be in sellable condition, with pristine tags and packaging. If an item is damaged, worn, or otherwise unsellable without prior notice, we will not issue a refund. In such cases, we may return the item to you, apply an additional restocking fee, or ask you to cover the shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
